Zest Food Partners announces partnership with The Original Baker

Zest Food Partners has announced a new partnership with UK based artisan bakery, The Original Baker.

Founded by Gill Ridgard in 2008, The Original Baker creates artisan pastries made from locally sourced ingredients. Specialising in pies, sausage rolls, quiche, pork pies and pasties, each product is handmade by a team of dedicated artisan bakers.

Zest Food Partners will be working with the independent bakery to drive its strategy and deliver ambitious growth over the next three years, targeting the delivered wholesale market and key end users including pub groups, restaurants, and leisure outlets to drive sales.
