Women in Wholesale offers free coaching

Women in Wholesale (WiW) has started a Coaching Academy to offer one-to-one coaching to women looking to unlock their full potential at work.

Launched as part of its mission to ‘inspire, support and progress’ women, the new academy is offering six free coaching sessions from fully accredited trainers. The process will help to assess strengths, as well as areas to develop.

The support is open to all women working in the UK wholesale industry.

WiW chairperson Clare Bocking said: “We want to supercharge confidence and skills levels at a time when the pandemic has regressed gender equality (McKinsey).

“The potential challenges to our sector are not going away, they are just changing, and we want to help by offering the ultimate form of support in the form of executive coaching.”

The support is fully funded but there are limited places available. Successful applicants will be selected based on the strengths of the objectives outlined in their entry.

The two WiW coaches are:

Sadie Visick. An AoEC accredited associate executive coach, a member of the International Coaching Federation and a certified Fierce Conversations facilitator, Visick has a particular interest in promoting gender equality and enabling women to progress to senior roles. She established AQA’s Empowering Women programme in 2015.

Ayman Nasreldin. With 22 years of corporate experience, Nasreldin has held many commercial leadership roles. He is an inclusive leadership consultant, board level facilitator, and an EMCC accredited coach, with a passion for working with leaders and high potential individuals to help them unlock potential, identify purpose, and perform at their best.

The deadline for entrants is 30 June 2022 and the entry form is available here: https://ih1n4j7a60m.typeform.com/to/QJ4ye7Wb
