Unitas in-person trading event to be held in the autumn
Unitas Wholesale will host its first face-to-face trading event since the start of the pandemic, on 29 September to 1 October 2021.

The event will take place at The Convention Centre, Liverpool, and will include a senior supplier briefing on 29 September. The following two-day trading event (30 September to 1 October) will provide members and suppliers with an opportunity to network, share business plans, negotiate deals, and refocus business relationships that may have suffered through the challenges of the pandemic.
Unitas Wholesale managing director John Kinney commented: “As we move out of the pandemic, it is important that we continue to deliver exclusive events for our members and supplier partners that give them the opportunity to negotiate and network in a safe environment.
“Working with both the supplier council and our member committees, the feedback we have received is that all stakeholders are extremely receptive to the trade event, and my team and I are looking forward to welcoming them to Liverpool in September.”
Unitas has also decided to postpone its overseas conference until September 2022 because of the uncertainty of future travel restrictions, and with the aim of keeping delegates safe.
