The Wholesale Group adds Cookie Pucks to CHEF Approved range

The Wholesale Group has introduced CHEF Approved Cookie Pucks.

Created in response to demand for flexible, easy-to-execute bakery products in foodservice, the launch enables operators to bake freshly made cookies from frozen in as little as 15 minutes, with no preparation required.

Supplied as pre-portioned, quick-frozen cookie dough, the range is available in Milk Chocolate, Double Chocolate and White Chocolate variants.

The format supports portion control, reduces waste and helps customers manage labour pressures in busy trading environments.
