St Pierre Groupe has secured new listings with Brakes for its Brioche Burger Buns and Seeded Brioche Burger Buns, as operators prepare to offer al fresco menus with the easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

The St Pierre brand experienced growth in 2020, up 46% year on year. Brand sales in wholesale are up by 14% and customer numbers increased by 33% year on year, despite the pandemic.
St Pierre Brioche Burger Buns (six-pack) and Seeded Brioche Burger Buns (four-pack) are pre-sliced and ambient, with an extended shelf life to reduce wastage.
