Spanish Ham Master Jose Sol joins Mevalco as sales director

Jose Sol has joined premium Spanish food wholesaler Mevalco in the role of sales director.

Sol (right) will be working closely with managing directors David Menendez and Justin Slawson and he will take a leading role across Mevalco’s growing fine-dining portfolio and national account customers.

He was formerly founder of The Spanish Ham Master, specialising in the art of carving jamón, and is a consultant to Cinco Jotas, the famed Spanish Restaurant group in Madrid.
