SOS Wholesale promotes Stuart Grice to buying director

Derby-based SOS Wholesale has promoted Stuart Grice to buying director.

Grice (pictured) joined the wholesaler in February 2022 as head of trading, and before that he was purchasing manager at Morris & Son for two years. He has also previously worked for JTF Mega Discount Warehouses, Poundland & Dealz, AF Blakemore and Holland & Barrett.

Commenting on his promotion, managing director Vipin Patara said: “Stuart has brought a wealth of new business to SOS Wholesale and is a key member of the SOS family, focused on the growth of our business.”

One of the UK’s largest discount delivered wholesalers, SOS Wholesale operates from a 70,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre in Derby and has a sales office in Barnsley. It supplies a range of 4,500 lines to customers in the UK, and also exports worldwide.
