Parfetts appoints Duncan Jelfs as regional business manager

Parfetts has appointed Duncan Jelfs as regional business manager to support its expansion plans in the South West.

Jelfs (pictured) was formerly commercial director at SPAR wholesaler Appleby Westward, where he managed the sales team, marketing, and price and proposition.

Before that, he was head of franchise at Bestway Retail, where he managed multiple accounts, including Bargain Booze, Co-op franchise and Costcutter. In total, Jelfs has 38 years of experience in the retail and wholesale sectors.
