One Stop launches ‘Enjoy Summer’ campaign

One Stop, a subsidiary of Tesco, has launched its ‘Enjoy Summer’ campaign. It started on 20 May and runs until 28 July.

The initiative features weekly deals, three online interactive games, and prizes that include seaside breaks, city trips and cinema vouchers.

Nigel Prendergast, head of customer & business support, said: “Our digital games are always popular with our customers – last year our summer campaign reached over 9.5 million people. This year, with our must-have deals and incredible prizes, we’re looking forward to seeing the engagement and reaching a wider audience. As always, our games are compatible on mobile, so customers who are on the move can still get involved.”

In the convenience retailer’s first summer campaign game ‘Shoot It!’, which runs until 10 June, customers try to score 200 points with a water gun for their chance to win a seaside break, a high-spec technology bundle or a £100 voucher for a popular streaming service.

Other games include:

‘Wheel of Fortune’ (11 June – 1 July): Spin the wheel to try to win a foodie city break, portable tech, or £100 cinema vouchers.

‘BBQ Sizzle Drop’ (2 July – 22 July): Customers will need to catch the BBQ treats online to be in with a chance of a winning a weekend getaway, a portable speaker, or a year’s supply of a music streaming service.

One Stop’s summer campaign is being supported with upweighted social and digital activity, as well as picnic and BBQ themed point-of-sale materials in all stores, including its franchise estate.

One Stop’s summer weekly savings include: Diet Coke 24-pack £8, down from £9; Budweiser 15-pack £11, down from £14.50; San Miguel 10-pack £10, down from £13; Doritos Tangy Cheese £1.50, down from £1.85; and Wotsits Giants 130g £1.50, down from £1.75.
