To take timely advantage of the desire for all-things chocolate – with Easter fast-approaching – Nirvana Brewery has launched a Chocolate Porter (0.5% abv).

Available in 330ml bottles with an rsp of £2.50, it is the brewery’s first new beer since the appointment of James Rabagliati as head brewer – and follows the re-release of Nirvana’s original London Porter late last year.

The ‘rich, dark, velvety brown beer combines the depth of flavour found in the Porter with rich notes from 100% cocoa nibs’. It is also said to place roasted malts and chocolate centre stage, with hints of spice, coffee and caramel.
