New summer campaign introduced for Rio

Boost Drinks has unveiled a new summer campaign for Rio, inspired by the brand’s fruity tropical flavours.

The ‘Sunshine Sells’ campaign comprises engaging trade activity including in-depot sampling activations and exclusive competitions. This is reinforced with trade advertising, social media activity and consumer sampling across key UK cities.

Traders will also be invited to participate in exclusive competitions. Retailers will be offered the chance to win bespoke prizes for their stores including a branded chiller, PoS and free stock from the Rio range.  

Adrian Hipkiss, marketing & international business director at Boost Drinks, says: “Summer is a key sales period for retailers of course, but when the sun is shining consumers look to spend more on soft drinks. That’s why, following record-breaking temperatures, we’re hoping our Sunshine Sells campaign will inspire and support our customers.”

Rio soft drinks are available in cases of 24 x 330ml cans and 12 x 500ml PETs.
