New CaterChoice Food Service depot to open in Birmingham

ICS UK is to open a new site in Birmingham under the CaterChoice Food Service name in the first week of June.

The 48,000 sq ft depot is a distribution site and will also offer a click & collect service.

The CaterChoice division is part of the ICS UK group of companies, which was established 45 years ago and now has a turnover exceeding £120 million. The ICS UK head office and main wholesale depot is in Bradford, and the group has additional sides in Sheffield, Bolton and Leeds that all operate under the CaterChoice Cash & Carry name.

A Sugro member, ICS UK offers an extensive range of ambient, frozen and chilled foods and packaging products suitable for commercial kitchens operating in almost all sectors of the catering and hospitality trade, including fast food, restaurants, cafes, dessert parlours, mobile catering, and contract catering.

The company caters to all types of cuisine including Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian, pizza/kebab, fish & chips, English, fusion, Mexican, American, Caribbean and Turkish.

ICS UK also distributes a range of own-label products, as well as selected nationwide and private label products for the catering services sector. Labels include Prima, Al Ameen, Eazi-Klean, My Flavourite Chicken, Texas Ranger, Eazi-Pak, Milano and Manhattan Town.
