Just Desserts Yorkshire adds gluten-free selection

Just Desserts Yorkshire has launched a new gluten-free range to complement its selection of handcrafted cakes and desserts.

The seven new gluten-free cakes and tray bakes, which are now available to wholesale food services and the hospitality sector, are: Chocolate & Caramel Cake, Victoria Sponge, Cherry & Almond Cake (gluten and dairy-free), Raspberry & White Chocolate Cake (pictured), Caffe Latte, Blondie Traybake and Salted Caramel Millionaire.

Just Desserts Yorkshire has also expanded its vegan portfolio with two new cakes: Cookies & Cream Cake and Vegan Sticky Toffee Gingerbread Cake.

Based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, Just Desserts Yorkshire is an independent, family-run business that started in 1985. It specialises in baking a range of high-quality handmade desserts.
