Job vacancies with Mackenzies Yorkshire Smokehouse

Mackenzies Yorkshire Smokehouse, based just outside Harrogate, has three job vacancies:

Business Development Manager

Sales professional with background in cooked meats, bacon and/or fish. Developing sales of our smoked products into foodservice wholesale and some of the smaller retail chains/convenience sector.

Factory General Manager

Leading a small team of five staff, driving standards to bring up to date site operation on procurement, production planning, food safety, H&S, yield and labour monitoring, quality and customer delivery.

Retail Manager

A hands-on role reporting to the Commercial Director to oversee and manage the shop floor of the farm shop and cafe. Must have retail experience in food.
