Hugo Mahoney, currently chief executive officer of Brakes, is leaving the wholesaler to become group chief executive designate of British food manufacturer Samworth Brothers. He is likely to join the business in April 2022.
Samworth Brothers’ group holdings board chairman Mark Samworth said: “I am delighted that Hugo has agreed to join our business. In his current role at Brakes, he has successfully led the organisation through a significant period of transformation and development.
