Hancocks permanently closes its Dundee branch
Hancocks has permanently closed its Dundee branch. This follows the closure of four of the company’s other depots – in Coventry, Stoke, Croydon and Reading – in May.
Hancocks commented: “As a result of COVID-19 and after reviewing and working with our partners in Dundee, we have taken the hard decision to permanently close our Dundee store. This now concludes our store restructuring plan with no further store closures planned.”
The confectionery wholesaler now has 14 cash & carries, in Birmingham, Bradford, Bristol, Cardiff, Glasgow, Hull, Liverpool, Loughborough, Manchester, Newcastle, Portsmouth, Preston, Sheffield and Watford.
