Hancocks names Kelly Rodgers as its new Liverpool branch manager

Hancocks has appointed Kelly Rodgers as the new manager at its Liverpool store.

Rodgers (pictured), who previously worked as restaurant general manager for KFC in Merseyside, said that her new role at Hancocks is giving her the opportunity to have direct contact with customers.

She said: “The secret to a thriving store is excellent customer service and that’s something I pride myself on.

“During the pandemic many customers have headed to our website to shop and have been collecting direct from store. Now I’m keen to encourage them back through the doors to see the amazing deals, exclusive lines and managers specials we have on offer.

“Having that personal contact too means we understand what sells well in their store or at their holiday park and can alert then to new and exciting confectionery.”

She added: “We’re bringing in new products all the time which sit nicely alongside the traditional favourites we all love. We’re also gearing up for a busy summer as the UK begins to reopen for business and with Euro 2021 and the Olympics both due to take place.”
