Red Bull Air Mail is a new on-pack promotion for Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml four-packs (original and sugar free). It has been launched first in the impulse channel and will be rolled out to the wider grocery sector in November.
A limited-edition sleeve on the four-packs opens to become a postcard, which can be used to give a free four-pack to a friend or family member – to redeem the offer, a code simply needs to be entered online.
The value of Red Bull multipacks grew by 40.6% in the four weeks to 25 July 2020 (Nielsen). Red Bull has identified four key moments of need for the energy drink as sports & fitness, work & study, socialising, and travel occasions.
Supported by an extensive in-store and digital marketing campaign, Red Bull Air Mail aims to leverage existing users to drive new multipack users, as well as maintaining four-pack distribution and rate of sale in the impulse and grocery channel.
