Country Range launches bite-sized dessert selections
Country Range Group has launched two frozen bite-sized dessert selections, each comprising 3 x 10 treats.
Available immediately via the 12 independent wholesalers that make up the Country Range Group, the products feature classic flavour combinations and on-trend dessert formats and are designed for kitchens lacking the time or resource to create their own desserts in-house.
Country Range Mixed Dessert Selection features blueberry crumble cheesecake, chocolate salted caramel torte, and lime & meringue pie.
Country Range Cheesecake Selection consists of lemon cheesecake, raspberry ripple cheesecake and marbled chocolate cheesecake.
Marketing controller Emma Holden said: “We’re always looking for ways to improve our offering and to help make it easier for caterers to serve quality products that their customers will love. These latest products are exactly that and are frozen and pre-portioned so there’s minimal fuss or wastage.
“We expect them to be a big hit as afternoon tea continues to be an incredibly popular dining occasion, whether that is eating out of home or where customers purchase a delivered box to celebrate an occasion at home.
