Country Range introduces two new varieties of Cookie Pucks

Following the successful launch of its Cookie Pucks collection in the summer of 2022, Country Range has introduced two new varieties – Country Range Oat, Lemon & Raisin Cookie Pucks, and Country Range Speculaas Spiced Cookie Pucks.

Baked from frozen in just 9 – 11 mins, the Cookie Pucks offer a simple, fast and easy way for caterers and chefs to offer freshly baked seasonal cookies straight from the oven.

The dough can also be used as an ingredient in a wide range of desserts. Country Range suggests turning the dough into a cheesecake base, making cookie butter, and using as a crumble for toppings or even for ice cream sandwiches.

The two new variations join Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookie Puck, White Chocolate Cookie Puck and Double Chocolate Cookie Puck. They come in packs of 90 x 50g pucks.

With strong demand, it was an easy decision to roll out further varieties.
