Country Range Group has pledged its support to Hospitality Action’s employee assistance programme, which has been helping people in need in the hospitality sector since 1837.
Staff working for CRG and its 12 wholesalers will now be able to access crucial and confidential advice if they are facing difficulties in their home and working life.
Information can be provided on such topics as health and well-being, money problems, managing working life, overcoming personal challenges, alcohol and drug issues and legal matters.
Group managing director Coral Rose said: “Our fundraising campaign, which has raised over £20,000 for Hospitality Action, gave me a real insight into the incredible service, support and resources they provide to people working in the hospitality industry who are in need.
“We’re incredibly proud to be the first wholesaler to sign up to the employee assistance programme and hope it can be a valuable resource to employees in our group moving forward.”
