The successful applicant will report to the group’s marketing manager and will be responsible for managing all digital product information for the Caterforce group. This will include maintenance of the data, as well as management of the data’s flow to members’ websites.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective collection, enrichment and distribution of product data.
• Understand the importance of accurate product information on sales and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and members.
• Determine data rules and specify which data sources take priority.
• Set up and manage data workflows throughout the business.
• Manage a vast library of product media files including images, videos, and other associated documents.
• Support and train other users on the platform.
• Classify products and create associations.
• Manage the completeness of product data channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest product experience trends and recommend improvements to strategy.
• Troubleshoot any issues and liaise with Akeneo support.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to.
• Support the group marketing manager with other digital projects as and when required.

Requirements:

• Experience of product information management (PIM) platforms and data workflows.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask.
• Training experience and ability to communicate to technical and non-technical people.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Solution focused attitude to work.
• Previous experience of Akeneo PIM would be desirable.
