Caterforce seeks a new trading controller

Caterforce, which is based in Macclesfield, is recruiting a new trading controller.

Managing director Gary Mullineux said: “We are looking for a skilled category buyer to join our trading team and work together with key stakeholders to deliver the buying plan for our member wholesalers, ensuring we meet our commercial targets.”

Applicants should have at least five years’ buying experience gained in a wholesale, foodservice or retail environment and experience within the fresh and/or chilled categories.
