This gives the suppliers access to a market of over 46,000 independent foodservice customers, significantly boosting their visibility and potential for growth across the UK.

“This expansion is testament to our commitment to fostering strong partnerships and continuously enhancing our supply chain for our members,” said Peter Saunders, head of buying at Caterforce.

“By introducing 18 new suppliers, we are ensuring that our members and their customers have access to a wider selection of high-quality products, helping them to meet evolving consumer demands, reflect key trends and continually stand out from their competition.”

According to Caterforce, the broadened supplier base enables its members to diversify their product offerings and strengthen their competitive edge by delivering exceptional service, quality products and greater value. The move further underlines the group’s dedication to supporting the success of independent food businesses, providing them with access to top-tier products and industry-leading support.

As part of its supplier engagement strategy, Caterforce hosts six supplier presentation days each year at Edgbaston Park Hotel in Birmingham. These events are structured in a speed-dating format, allowing suppliers to book 20- or 40-minute sessions key decision-makers from across the Caterforce membership, including buyers, sales managers and marketing managers.

The next event in June is sold out; however, there are opportunities to participate in the final 2025 events on 1 and 2 October. To enquire about future events, suppliers can complete the online form at: https://www.caterforce.co.uk/contact/
