Caterforce has launched four new cakes and desserts to its Chefs’ Selections range in time for the festive period.
The new lines are Vegan & Gluten Free Chocolate Orange Dessert, Vegan & Gluten Free Lemon & Berry Delice, Vegan Speculoos Traybake, and a Gluten Free Raspberry Sensation Cheesecake.
“The decision to launch these gluten-free and vegan additions to our Chefs’ Selections range was an easy one,” said Rebecca Woollam, own-brand marketing manager. “Demand for free-from and vegan choices on a menu has never been so high, but we also know that they need to deliver amazing flavour and reflect the key seasonal trends.

Currently, Chefs’ Selections comprises more than 350 lines of fridge, freezer and store cupboard essentials.
