Caterforce adds five new products to Chefs’ Selections Premium Collection

Caterforce has added five new products to its Chefs’ Selections Premium Collection.

With premium own brands predicted to hit an all-time high of £1 billion in sales through the grocery channel in December (Worldpanel), demand also continues to rise in the foodservice and out-of-home sector as professional kitchens look for menu inspiration.

In response to this increased demand, Caterforce has introduced seabass fillets, extra-large cold water prawns, tomato ketchup, six-layer chocolate fudge cake (pictured), and mirrored chocolate torte (gluten-free and vegan).

Rebecca Woollam, own brand marketing manager at Caterforce, said: “By expanding our Chefs’ Selections Premium Collection with these five fantastic products, we’re providing caterers with more options to inspire their menus and meet customer demand.

Caterforce recently announced that it has removed more than 15 tonnes of salt from its range by reformulating many of the products. The group has also been reformulating products to remove palm oil to support responsible sourcing.
