Buzbee’s Premium Tonics have entered the cash & carry sector with a listing in all nine Dhamecha depots for the new £1.99 (500ml) price-marked pack range.
Consumer interest for home mixology shows no sign of slowing down, and Buzbee’s launch into the C&C sector is aimed at capitalising on the growing demand for premium products being made available in local convenience stores.
Buzbee’s tonics are sweetened with Grade A British honey, low in calories and made from British spring water, with 100% natural ingredients.
Rajan Radia, senior trading controller at Dhamecha, says: “We are always looking for new and exciting products to complement our range in order to give our retailers a real point of difference. Buzbee’s offers something that nobody else in the category does – sweetened with honey, low in calorie and helps the bee environment. Our taste panel loved them and I’m confident our retailers’ consumers will too!”
Andrew Wittich, CEO of Buzbee’s Beverages – a UK-based business, adds: “We have big plans in place for London in 2021 and Dhamecha has a fantastic geographical and reputational presence in the capital, and so we are delighted to be working with them as we enter the vibrant independent market.”
