Organic food supplier Biona has unveiled a new range of products in the cooking ingredients and natural sweeteners categories.

A selection of organic cooking pastes includes 130g jars of garlic paste, ginger paste and a combined garlic and ginger paste, all with an rsp of £3.19. With demand for pre-prepared cooking pastes on the increase, this new range is aimed at time-poor consumers as it eradicates the need to peel and chop.

Biona has also introduced three natural maple syrups, which are 100% organic. The new range consists of a 330ml bottle of Amber syrup and a 330ml bottle of Dark syrup, both with an rsp of £6.79, as well as a one-litre bottle of the Amber variant, with an rsp of £23.29. Made from Canadian maple, harvested in the Bas-St-Laurent region of Quebec, the products are vegan.

Biona is a family-run business with over 40 years’ experience supplying UK and international businesses and has the largest UK organic offering, with over 500 products in categories such as bakery, ambient, pasta, oils and fruit juices.
