Bestway appoints ex Booker director Andrew Peek as head of trading

Bestway Wholesale has appointed former Booker Retail Partners trading director Andrew Peek (pictured) as head of trading.

Peek, who will report to trading director Kenton Burchell, has spent the last few months working with the teams at St Pierre Groupe and Fulfil, but before that he spent more than five-and-a-half years at Booker Retail Partners, firstly as head of buying and then as trading director. He left Booker in September last year.

Prior to joining Booker, he worked at Musgrave Retail Partners for eight years, latterly as head of buying – grocery and impulse.

He has also previously worked for Woolworths and has had stints with Kellogg’s and Thorntons.
