Heidi Easby, category director at Brakes, and Elaine Hayes, claims manager at Costco, are two of the eight senior female leaders presenting at the Women in Wholesale (WiW) Speed Mentoring event, taking place on 27 April at The Mermaid in London.
The theme of the event is ‘Celebrate Difference’, and speakers will cover a range of topics including how to eliminate bias and discrimination in the workplace. There will also be talks to turbo-charge negotiation and social skills, while combating imposter syndrome and anxiety.
The full-day mentoring event will also feature a ‘Laughter Workshop’ run by laughter yoga master trainer Lotte Mikkelsen.
“We want to create a stunning environment in which people can learn, network and ultimately feel happy,” said WiW founder Elit Rowland. “Laughter yoga involves prolonged periods of voluntary laughter and is believed to offer great physical and mental benefits.”
Tickets for the event cost £150 + VAT. Register here.
