Signature by Country Range now boasts more than 25 lines
Country Range Group now has more than 25 products in its Signature collection.
The range, which has become the third and premium tier of CRG’s own-brand portfolio, features superior ingredients and products from across the globe and has been developed to provide professional kitchens with the tools to tempt guests whilst keeping costs at a minimum.
With many kitchens suffering from labour shortages, CRG’s development chef Paul Dickson has also been busy conceiving innovative Signature inspired recipes to save chefs time and ensure their menus have standout qualities.
Country Range’s 10-strong Signature potato selection includes double crunch shoestring, skin-on, straight and triple-cooked fries, wedges, duck fat roasties, Dauphinoise, plus the award-winning Sidewinders and Chef’s Chunky Fries.
The Signature by Country Range sweet selection includes Chocolate & Marmalade Marble Cake, Salted Caramel & Chocolate Tart, plus a triple-layered, hand-finished cake trio available in Chocolate, Carrot and Victoria Sponge variants. Meanwhile, the four Signature by Country Range ice creams are made on a regenerative family farm with at least 50% real dairy content, and 1p from every tub sold is donated to the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation.
In the seafood category are Signature by Country Range Premium North Atlantic 10% Glaze Prawns. Also in the range are Sourdough style Doughballs and Premium Blend One Cup and Envelope Premium Blend teas.
Rachel Porter, Country Range Group marketing manager, said: “Whilst many consumers are eating out less frequently, some are searching for affordable treats and others require a reason to splurge. Each and every product across our Signature range has been created to help chefs add some luxury and quality to help elevate their menus whatever the objective, occasion or budget. Whether it’s sauces, desserts, potatoes or tea, the Signature products have it all and we’ll adding more in the coming year. With so many opportunities for operators this spring and beyond, we’re confident it will be a clear sign of our success in 2025.”
