Taylors of Harrogate will be launching a new TV campaign next week, with celebrity foodie Jimmy Doherty brought on board to help communicate the company’s quality credentials and commitment to sourcing great tasting coffee.
A 60-second documentary-style creative, which will be unveiled on Channel 4 for the first time next Wednesday (21 October), will mark the start of a £800,000 promotional push over the next two months.
A 30-second edited version of the TV advert will be used online to promote Taylors’ new range of Nespresso-compatible coffee capsules. Social media, in-store advertising and digital activity will also run in conjunction with both commercials.
Jessica Bacon, coffee marketing manager at Taylors of Harrogate, comments: “Everyone knows we’re passionate about coffee, but not everyone is aware of the lengths we go to in order to source the very finest beans in the world.
“With this commercial, we wanted to showcase how we go the extra mile, working with the most talented farmers to produce coffee that is second to none. And having Jimmy to help us tell the story seemed like a perfect fit, as he mirrors our passion for quality and sustainable sourcing.”
