Having produced a series of videos on how to cut meat (Cash & Carry Management last month) JJ Food Service has now replicated the instructional films – for fish.

They can be accessed through the wholesaler’s YouTube channel, demonstrating how to cut cod and haddock fillets.

The Enfield-based company supplies a wide range of frozen-at-sea fish, including fillets ranging in size from 4oz-32oz.

Over the past year, JJ’s frozen-at-sea fish sales have increased by 181% following its partnership with Unique Seafood, which has UK sites at Thamesmead, south-east London, and Mildenhall, Suffolk.
