goodnessKNOWS is Mars’ biggest brand launch in 20 years

Mars Chocolate UK has announced the launch of goodnessKNOWS, its biggest brand launch in the UK since Celebrations.

The product features four snackable squares crammed with fruit, whole nuts and rolled oats and dipped in dark chocolate.

Set to hit the shops in August, goodnessKNOWS is available in three varieties: Cranberry & Almond, Blueberry & Almond and Apple, Peanut & Almond. It has fewer than 160 calories per bar and contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The product comes in single bars at an rsp of 90p and a three-pack (rsp £1.99).

The brand will channel 10% of all sales profits to the goodnessKNOWS Fund, which will support community projects and local initiatives in the UK.

Michele Oliver, vice-president – marketing at Mars Chocolate UK, says: “Following a successful launch in the US last year where it became the third largest brand in its first six months, we’re thrilled to launch goodnessKNOWS in the UK.”
