Claire Williams joins Zest Food Partners as marketing director

Claire Williams, formerly group marketing manager at Caterforce, has joined Zest Food Partners as marketing director.

Williams (pictured) brings to the role specific knowledge of the independent foodservice market and understanding of how suppliers can market their brands and drive sales.

Zest Food Partners was launched earlier this year to support brand owners and deliver growth in the foodservice market. Nick Redford, former managing director of Caterforce, joined forces with other foodservice experts to launch the business.

Commenting on her new role, Williams said: “I am extremely happy to be part of the amazing team at Zest and am excited to play a leading role in helping food and drink brands expand and grow. It is a challenging time in the market, and we are here to support suppliers and help rebuild foodservice.
