Cash & Carry Management, in partnership with the Craft Guild of Chefs, has announced the winners of the 2020 CCM Chefs’ Own-Brand Awards.
The hotly-contested awards – now in their third year – recognise the top foodservice own-brand products in the wholesale industry.
The judging panel consisted of Andrew Green, chief executive of the Craft Guild of Chefs – the leading chefs’ association in the UK; Matt Owens, vice chairman of the Craft Guild of Chefs and development chef for Alliance Pure South; and Jason Gordon, catering manager for the General Medical Council.
The judging was conducted in blind tastings and four of the products were deemed so good that they were awarded a ‘Best of the Best’ accolade.
Feedback on each and every product is being sent to the entrants.
