Nunns joins Unitas from Morrisons, where he spent 14-and-a-half years in buying roles, latterly as senior buyer tenders, negotiation and cost.

He has also previously worked as a buyer at Co-op and Poundstretcher.

In his new post, he will build on the work already being delivered by the Unitas own-brand team to further strengthen and grow its own-brand proposition.

Nunns commented: “Delighted to be joining the brilliant team at Unitas Wholesale.

“Really looking forward to working with colleagues, members and supplier partners and contributing to the continued growth and success of own brand.

“Exciting times ahead!”
