Castell Howell to supply Welsh produce to Wimbledon

A team from Castell Howell with examples of the Welsh produce it will be supplying to Wimbledon.

Castell Howell Foods is to supply Welsh French trimmed rack of lamb and Welsh dressed crab, alongside a selection of other Welsh products, to Wimbledon this summer.

These dishes will be crafted and showcased by renowned Welsh chef Bryn Williams, in partnership with Compass Group UK & Ireland, bringing the best of Wales to one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.

Castell Howell managing director Matt Lewis said: “Having our products feature on the menu at a world–renowned event like The Championships, Wimbledon, is a tremendous honour for us.

“It showcases the exceptional quality, sustainability and heritage within the Welsh supply chain on one of the biggest stages.
