Booker locks prices on over 600 products until 8 September
To support foodservice operators over the summer season, Booker has locked prices on over 600 products until 8 September.
The cash & carry operator has also launched its Summer 2026 Food and Drink Guide featuring menu ideas, new products and trending lines.
Booker has added three new lines to its recently launched Food to Share range – Waffle Fries, Potato Pops and Mini Brie Bread Rolls – all showcased in the guide and available under its Chef’s Menu own label.
The range is portion controlled and features versatile, frozen foods that work hard across menus to maximise profits for operators. They also meet the evolving dining behaviours of consumers following GLP-1 diets where smaller portion-controlled dishes are the order of the day.
The current Food to Share range features 20 lines, with more to be added in the coming months.
For the on-the-go and takeaway market, Booker has rolled out a new range of value disposable packaging and kitchen essentials, including bagasse containers, plant fibre food boxes, kraft burger boxes, boat trays and bowls.
Nev Irani, managing director for foodservice at Booker, says: “This summer comes with the added excitement of the World Cup, bringing a much-needed boost to the foodservice and hospitality sectors.
“Our Summer Guide gives our customers on-trend products that are easy to use, with great value through our Value Locked campaign on the products that matter most to them.
“We’re here for a full menu shop, those mid-game top-ups and unexpected heatwaves – always ensuring our foodservice customers have the products, tools and inspiration to create winning menus and outstanding dining experiences every time.”
