Co-op Wholesale appoints Rachael Grist as senior category manager

Co-op Wholesale has appointed Rachael Grist as senior category manager – impulse.

Grist (pictured) joins the company after two years with Unitas Wholesale as biscuits, seasonal, cereal & non-food trading controller.

Before that she spent more than 17 years at Costcutter Supermarkets, starting as administration team manager and progressing to assistant buyer and category manager.

She has also previously worked for Bestway Retail as category manager beer & cider, and Menzies Distribution as senior operations support assistant.
