Turner Price’s Sophie Broadhead recognised in Top 30 Under 30
Sophie Broadhead, customer service team leader at Turner Price, has been named as one of the Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 for 2026.
Now in its ninth year, the programme recognises and supports the region’s most promising young professionals, offering a year-long development experience.
Broadhead (pictured) joined Turner Price in 2017 as a telesales agent and has since built a strong reputation within the business. After quickly identifying her strengths in customer support and problem-solving, the wholesaler created a dedicated customer service role for her, where she thrived.
Over time, Broadhead has developed the customer service team into a key part of the organisation, growing it from a one-person function into a team of five. Today, she leads the team in supporting customers, resolving complex queries, and maintaining high service standards .
She has also played a key role in guiding the team through periods of change, including the introduction of new systems and ways of communicating with customers.
Paula Jowitt, call centre manager at Turner Price, said: “Sophie has grown into a key member of the business. From the outset, she showed a real strength in customer service and problem-solving, and she has continued to build on that ever since.
“Over the past few years, she has taken on leadership of the business support team, playing a key role in developing others and supporting them through more complex situations. She brings a calm, logical approach to everything she does and is a real asset to Turner Price. This recognition is thoroughly deserved.”
The Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 programme was launched in 2017 to recognise rising stars across the region and support their development into future leaders. As part of the programme, Sophie will take part in the Leadership Excellence Acceleration Programme (LEAP), gaining access to coaching, leadership training, and a peer network of like-minded professionals.
The 2026 cohort was selected from a record number of nominations.
