Stoke-based AMS Wholesale joins The Wholesale Group

Stoke-based AMS Wholesale has joined The Wholesale Group.

From its beginnings as a convenience store in 2005, AMS Wholesale has recently expanded with new 20,000 sq ft warehouse space.

With a turnover of over £20 million, AMS Wholesale services the quick service restaurant sector nationally with fresh, chilled and frozen foods, along with soft drinks and confectionery. The company also has a supermarket business.

AMS Wholesale director Hasan Iqbal said the timing felt right to join a buying group as he looks to expand the range. He said: “We’re delighted to become part of The Wholesale Group, whose values and vision align with our own. Together, we look forward to achieving great things.”
