Mars Petcare has overhauled its Whiskas portfolio by unveiling new recipes and a complete packaging makeover for its entire dry cat food range.
Rolling out now, the new-look 340g (£1 PMP) and 825g (rsp £2.91) packs come in Chicken and Tuna flavours. The recipes have also been adapted to include pockets – crunchy parcels containing creamy and soft fillings.
Wholesalers are advised to push through old stock, with all £1 price-marked 340g formats now featuring a clearer PMP flash on pack.
The Whiskas Dry range will benefit from a £10 million media spend in 2016, including all-year-round TV advertising.
