Q Catering Christmas brochure offers advice and inspiration
Sittingbourne-based Q Catering has launched an enhanced Christmas brochure with advice and inspiration for this year’s festive period.
The brochure not only features the food and drink products most in demand, but also includes recipes and menu and serving suggestions, as well as dedicated specialist sections such as vegan. In addition, it contains insights on festive trends, portion control and sustainability.
Mmanaging director Steve Clarke said: “Whether our customers are looking to expand their customer base, boost profits or refresh their menus to reflect the latest trends, the festive season is a prime opportunity to achieve these goals and we are on hand to provide exceptional products and excellent service.”
New products featured in the brochure include Chicken & Apricot Terrine with Tarragon and Ham Hock & Pea Terrine. There is a wider selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes such as Mushroom, Cranberry & Brie Wellington and Cajun Spiced Sweet Potato Roulade. Desserts are also a focus for the wholesaler with new festive additions Panettone Cheesecake and a vegan and gluten-free Trillionaires Tart. And, to support busy kitchens, there is also a fresh turkey butterfly option to complement Q Catering’s traditional frozen cook-in-the-bag turkey.
“With this brochure, we’re hoping to inspire caterers while also supporting kitchens that are under pressure,” said Clarke. “Our menu ideas, along with our wide range of premium meats, seafood and speciality ingredients, provide caterers with delicious, creative solutions to meet diner expectations during the festive season.”
