Based at a 50,000 sq ft depot in Bilston, Wolverhampton, Monmore Confectionery was established in 1962 and acquired by the current managing director Skip Mehta and his wife Sant in 2002. The wholesaler offers a range of more than 3,000 lines, services 25,000 customers (trade and online), and has 55 employees.

The family business increased its turnover by 33% in 2023 versus 2022, and it also acquired a Smethwick-based confectionery wholesaler, Superb Sweets, in April 2023.
