The IGD Convenience Retailing Summit, which takes place on 26-27 September at etc.venues County Hall in London, will feature Steve Fox, Booker’s managing director – retail, and Ken Towle, CEO of Nisa, Co-op, among its speakers.
The line-up also includes Sean Russell, director of marketing at Costcutter; Debbie Robinson, SPAR’s managing director; and Steven Blair, convenience transformation director of Tesco.
IGD executives will also share insights into the predicted value of the convenience channel to 2023 – £7.1 billion is expected to be added to the sector in the next five years, representing a compound annual uplift of 3.3%.
