KP expands £1 PMP range with Hula Hoops and Discos variants
KP Snacks has expanded its £1 PMP range with Hula Hoops Big Hoops Salt & Vinegar and Discos Cheese & Onion £1 PMP (both 70g).
The NPD is designed to capitalise on the 12.2% growth of £1 PMPs in the crisps, snacks & nuts category (Nielsen).
The Big Hoops Salt & Vinegar PMP joins Big Hoops BBQ Beef, the best selling £1 PMP in the convenience channel (Nielsen). Worth £155.4 million and growing at 10.8% (Nielsen), the Hula Hoops range underwent a packaging refresh at the end of last year to enhance its appeal to a wider audience.
The new Discos Cheese & Onion £1 PMP is the second Discos flavour to be introduced in the popular format, following the launch of Discos Salt & Vinegar £1 PMP last year. Discos is worth £16.4 million and growing at 39.1% (Nielsen).

The KP Snacks £1 PMP range, which now comprises 24 lines, is worth £67.6 million and is growing at 12.2% (Nielsen).
