Judging for CCM Chefs’ Own-Brand Awards takes place next week

The judging for the CCM Chefs’ Own-Brand Awards 2022 will take place in the week commencing 8 August.

The judging panel from the Craft Guild of Chefs – the leading chefs’ association in the UK – will blind taste the products, which range from vegan meals to gateaux, seafood to biscuits.

To add further value to the awards, feedback will be given by the chefs on each item tested.

This year has seen the highest number of entries in the five-year history of the prestigious awards.

Cash & Carry Management’s managing director Martin Lovell commented: “We are delighted with the response from wholesalers across the UK to our awards, which give those own-brand products that hit the mark the recognition they deserve.”

Winners will be announced at an exclusive awards lunch later in the year.
