Filshill’s Amanda Casey to host WiW wellness briefing

Amanda Casey (pictured), health & safety manager at JW Filshill, is running a Women in Wholesale (WiW) breakfast briefing focusing on mental health and wellness.

The Zoom session will take place on 16 December from 9:30am to 11am and will cover:

• Key wellness developments at Filshill
• Success stories from other businesses
• Recommended resources
• A friendly environment to discuss any support needed
• Actionable advice to use straight away

The briefing is for wellness professionals such as qualified mental health first aiders, as well as team leaders, who are invited to join the new WiW Mental Health Wellness Group, which will meet regularly to share ideas and best practice.
