Booker Catering Trade Show attracts more than 300 suppliers

More than 300 suppliers will be exhibiting at Booker’s Catering Trade Show on 21 September.

The event, at Silverstone Racing Circuit in Towcester, will extend to five halls and run from 9am to 4pm.

Hundreds of exclusive deals will be available, and there will also be food and drink tastings, master butcher demonstrations, a street food zone, and a chef’s stage featuring guest chefs throughout the day.

Booker added over 13,000 net new catering customers in the first quarter of 2022, and its catering like-for-like sales were up by 57.4%. In total, Booker now has more than 400,000 catering customers nationwide, serviced from its 195 branches through collect and delivery.
